A fashion show by the graduates of Lakhotia Institute of Design turned out to be a colourful show. Students showcased there designs which was based on the theme ‘Evolve’ and they were guided by a fashion designer James Ferreira from Mumbai. A lot of creativity and talent was seen by the students, who also walked the ramp to display their elegant designs.

All the participants worked on sub-themes like ‘Lavender Aura’, where the outfits showcased all varieties of fabric and chic designs in the colour lavender. The petal shaped skirt was one such unique outfit that could be aptly worn for a party. The black jumpsuit was another modish look that kept up with the latest trends.

‘Molten Lolitta’ was another sub-theme, which had sparkling and striking work as there was a lot of gold fabric used by the designers. These outfits could be a great when you are out for a party or at the pub. There was Indo-Western clothing aplenty, showcased in a stylish way.

Accessories which would go well with casual wear and party wear were also presented on the ramp. There was even a resort-wear collection showcased. ‘Dark Romance,’ was another unique sub-theme, which was meant for men. Jackets and trousers of the classy kind were all the rage.

The highlight of the whole show was the glowing radium outfits. The day ended with applause and much admiration by the crowd for the innovations by the young upcoming designers.
