The festival showcases cuisine from the coasts of Kerala, Kolaghat (West Bengal), Kathiawad (Gujarat), Karwar (Karnataka), Konkan, Chettinad and Melvani (Maharashtra and Goa).

Foodies can take their pick of the coastal cuisine they are most intrigued with, whether it is the Erchi Stew from the Kerala thali, Macher Jhol from the Kolaghatthali, KadalaKuzhambu of the Chettinad coast or the mouthwatering Char Grilled Baby Red Snapper in Karwar spice.
