A top singer at 18!

It is not an easy thing to achieve something at the age of 18. But a student has achieved it by becoming one of the youngest play back singers.

Her name is P Nutana, a native of Khammam and presently a student of Badruka Degree College, Hyderabad who achieved her dream of becoming a play back singer in the Telugu film industry.

She began her musical career from the school itself. She sang many songs and achieved several prizes. She is the student of K Ramachary who runs the Little Musicians Academy at Hyderabad. She learnt Carnatic music from singer T.Srinidhi and V. Vardhani.

Her career began with participating in the Musical reality show Paduta Teeyaga. In that show she was named among the finalists and she was the runner-up in that programme in 2011.

She also performed at 17th International Children’s Film Fest 2011. And hosted several shows at local and state levels.

Her debut in the Telugu Film industry is nothing other than extraordinary as she sang a song from the film Banduk Kare Kannerai…. Her Debut in the Kannada Industry came with two songs from the film THA. And it also suited her the best. Both in both Telugu and Kannada Industry she was very successful.

Recently, she sang a song from the film of RAVI TEJA Bengal Tiger, written by Sampath Nandi.

She is very good not only with music but also in academics. She passed her Intermediate with 91% of marks and now she is studying B.Com 2nd year. On being asked what is her further goal with regard to academics she answered that she intended to do MBA.

With all the consistent performances in music and academics, she was praised by many singers like Chitra, Karthik, S.P.Balu etc.
