Free breast cancer screening camp
The Lions Club of Bhagyanagar Hyderabad in coordination with the Family Planning Association of India (FPAI) Hyderabad and MNJ Cancer Hospital organised a cancer detection camp for women at Rasoolpura slums on Thursday.

120 women were registered out of which 50 underwent Pap smear examination for cervical cancer and Breast examination.
Dr Shankar Mahadev, Dr Sandhya and Dr Manasa from MNJ Cancer Hospital and Dr Dorothy and Dr Nalini Devrajan from FPA India Hyderabad checked up the patients free of cost and provided medicines.
The camp was inaugurated by District Governor S Narender Reddy and attended by Dr Sheela Sudhakar, Secretary and Wing commander MVN Rao, President Lions Club of Bhagyanagar and Dr Renu Kapoor from FPA India Hyderabad.
