The President of the Indian Society of Bakers JN Kushwaha inaugurated the three-day Bakers Technology Fair at Hitex on Friday.

Speaking on the launch, Brijesh Edwards from Synergy Exposures said, "In the process of lifestyle change that is evolving at a rapid rate, the bakers industry has found an important place.
Bakery products have become items of mass consumption considering their low prices and easy availability.
The industry & Professionals are working on improved packaging, healthy food, improved taste and appeal, increasing shelf life and developing concept bakeries.”
The launch was attended by many renowned persons from the field of food and bakery industry including Presidents of UBCL, THRA and TSHA Barkat Jaffer Ali, MS Nagaraju and Saddi Venkat Reddy, respectively.
