Neck Breakers Society had good old-school clash metal sound to which the crowd moshed to. They played an original song, which was well-received by the audience, in addition to covers, which included “Clone” by Gojira.

Fear Vortex played three original songs (“Time Warped”, “Fade”, “The other side”) and two popular covers of which “Fatal Tragedy” by Dream Theatre moved the crowd.

Fear Vortex guitarist, Rajiv tells us that the others agreed to become part of Fear Vortex after they decided to do something more than their hectic jobs. “A couple of us are ex-IT employees, who always wanted to play music but couldn’t get the time as we were busy with work. After a few years, we decided that we need to do something with music and the band was formed,” shares Rajiv, for whom music is a channel through which he can showcase his emotions and bring it out for the public.

The musician feels that there is scope for bands such as these in the city. “It’s pretty good. I know a few bands which have been playing for a couple of years now and they are doing pretty good job,” he said.
