In a revolutionary partnership between Ola App and OnePlus, Ola is giving its users an opportunity to buy the latest smartphone, OnePlus X, straight from its app from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm on December 8.
Announcing this initiative on Sunday, Karan Sarin, Head of Marketing - India, OnePlus said, “The enthusiasm from consumers for our newest smartphone, OnePlus X, has been unprecedented. We are taking a step towards engaging with consumers wherein they can purchase the phone in three easy steps—Book. Purchase. Delivered. All from the comfort of their Ola app.”
This is the first ever instance in India where consumers can purchase the smartphone without an invite for a day (only) and have it delivered at their doorsteps within 15 minutes of placing the order.
Sudarshan Gangrade, Vice-President, Marketing at Ola said, “By giving users a chance to buy a smartphone on-demand, straight from the Ola app; is a testament to the on-demand nature of the mobility solutions that the Ola platform offers.”
The partnership is available in seven cities that include Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.
