Nizamabad: The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Nizamabad Chapter and Continental Hospital would be jointly conducting a health camp in Nizamabad in the second week of January, according to Continental Hospital Chairman Dr Guru N Reddy.

The IMA Nizamabad Chapter and Continental Hospital held a media meet at hotel Vamshi International here on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Guru N Reddy said that Continental Hospital, launched 11 months back, gained a good name for providing treatment at affordable costs.
The hospital got the accreditation by ‘Joint Commission International’ and it’s the first time that an Indian hospital got this award, he said. Dr Reddy said that they also have NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare) accreditation.
“The Continental Hospital is a 750-bedded hospital in Hyderabad where 129 doctors are serving,” Dr Reddy said, adding that the ‘average length of stay’ (ALS) at the hospital was 3.8 days for any treatment. He also said their hospital was conducting various health camps under corporate social responsibility.
Continental Hospital President Dr Raghunath Reddy, Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Deepthinandan Reddy and others participated in the media meet.
