The menu will offer aromatic dishes like Aachari fresh water catch with tangy gravy, peking duck with stir fried greens, paneer-ke-bhule in dum gravy, sweet potatoes khada masala and much more.
Commenting on this, Soumitra- director food and beverage at Novotel Hyderabad Airport said, “Christmas celebrations promises to provide everyone an opportunity to enjoy the festivities. To add cheer to the season we are organising a joyful christmas dinner buffet. The specially designed menu for the evening is an amalgamation of traditional and modern food.”
