Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated GANIT- (GROWING APTITUDE IN NUMERICAL INNOVATIONS AND TRAINING) weak an initiative by CBSE to commemorate Srinivasa Ramanujan's birth anniversary from December 16, 2015 to December 22, 2015 in the school premises.
The Principal, M Varalakshmi, in her address said that students should not fear Math and should practice Math in order to be proficient in the subject.
Children have participated with great zeal in competitions based on Math -origami, quiz, solving and rubik’s cube etc. were conducted. Cultural programmes were also organised to mark the occasion. The winners were awarded prizes.
