“We planned the ‘Rayalaseema Food Festival to time it with the festival season and we hope that the smorgasbord of flavors offered by us will be in sync with the festive spirit of the local crowd,” said V Raghava Chowdary, Director of the hotel at the inaugural session of the food festival.

Master Chefs Suresh and Babber Khan Ragisnagti said that as part of the festival, we serve Rayalaseema Paya, Seema Lodi, Stuffed Pittalu, Rayalaseema Royalu, Ulavacharu Mamasam, Keema Muttulu, Paya Kurra, Ulavacharu Pulao at the hotel’s Saffron Restaurant till January 5.
