Christmas cheer at Novotel

Celebrate Christmas in grand style and usher in the festive season at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre with a sparkling marathon of magical delights. To ring in the yuletide spirit the hotel has erected a 30 feet tall Christmas tree and people can hop on and snap a picture alongside chefs’ magnificent rendition of the ‘Polar Express’.

The ‘Polar Express’, inspired by the classic children's book by Chris Van Allsburg, is an 8 x 12 feet marvel which took 10 days to build. The engine was crafted using 20 kgs of pastillage (gum paste), while the 2 compartments were shaped using gingerbread tiles decorated with meringue drops. The structure took 7 chefs and 560 man hours to take its form.

Santa's Christmas Brunch

Lunch with all the traditional Christmas favorites and trimmings, along with some all-time favourites. Adults can savour the fabulous spread, while the children wait eagerly for Santa’s visit, laden with gifts and indulge on Stollen bread, Christmas bakeries and chocolates.
