Hyderabad: Fire erupted when the CNG pipeline laid by the Bhagyanagar Gas Limited at Medchal developed leak on Sunday.
At about 6.30 pm on Sunday, flames flared up the pipeline at Kistapur, Medchal.
The local people, who noticed the blaze, informed the police.
The fire fighters put out the flames. The police also arrived on the scene and cordoned off the area.
Medchal Assistant sub-inspector Babu Reddy said the pipeline through the road in front of the Kistapur church.
