Godavarikhani (Karimnagar): The gas agency in the town has been insisting on the beneficiaries of Deepam scheme to buy gas stove compulsorily before allotting the gas connection, Youth Congress activists alleged here on Wednesday.
The members of the Youth Congress including Mustafa, Yakub, Harish and others submitted a memorandum to the municipal commissioner to rein in the gas agency not to insist on gas stove purchase for issuing gas connections.
