ASI's family members held
The Two Town police on Saturday arrested the family members and supporters of ASI Mohan Reddy for attacking advocates in the district court on Thursday. Based on a complaint lodged by advocate Ganta Satish Mohan Kumar, cops registered a case against ASI’s wife Bobbala Latha, son Akshay Reddy, brother Mahender Reddy and his supporter Balvinder Singh and arrested them on Saturday and produced them in the court.
Karimnagar: The Two Town police on Saturday arrested the family members and supporters of ASI Mohan Reddy for attacking advocates in the district court on Thursday.
Based on a complaint lodged by advocate Ganta Satish Mohan Kumar, cops registered a case against ASI’s wife Bobbala Latha, son Akshay Reddy, brother Mahender Reddy and his supporter Balvinder Singh and arrested them on Saturday and produced them in the court.
They were booked under sections 448, 323 and 427. It may be recalled here that Mohan Reddy’s family members and supporters attacked advocates while the later were taking the pictures of ASI when he was brought to the district court to produce before the judge on Thursday. They also damaged the mobile phones, which were used to take the pictures. Enraged over the incident, advocates lodged a complaint with the Two Town police.
