Fitbit Blaze comes with enhanced features like FitStar on-screen workouts, connected GPS, PurePulse heart rate tracking, and SmartTrack automatic exercise recognition. It comes with smart notifications for call, text and calendar. Fitbit Blaze has a battery life of up to 5 days, according to the company.
• FitStar on-screen workouts: FitStar provides guided instructions and animated images to three of the most popular personal trainer workouts from FitStar: Warm It Up (8 minutes), 7 Minute Workout, and 10 Minute Abs. These workouts are free and can be accessed at any time.
• Connected GPS: The feature helps users train smarter by delivering real-time exercise stats like distance, pace and minute-mile split times when connected to a smartphone’s GPS.
• PurePulse: PurePulse is a wrist-based heart rate tracker that helpsto alter training routine according to heart rate zones and track calories burned during each workout.
• SmartTrack: The feature enables automatic exercise recognition and records activities like biking, hiking and running; and general categories for aerobic workouts lsuch as Zumba, cardio-kickboxing and other dance classes. It also monitors sports activities like tennis, basketball and soccer.

Fitbit Blaze supports bluetooth and smart connectivity delivers call, text and calendar notifications through on-screen messages and vibrating alert. Users can accept or reject calls directly from Fitbit Blaze. It provides on-screen controls for playlists and volume when playing music. The device is compatible with more than 200 Android, iOS, and Windows smartphones.
