What did not work?

Although the phone ran like a charm, it lagged during the configuration. It took a bit more time than it generally takes (as compared to brand new iPhone that I'm using) to authorise my credentials with the Apple. Also, the phone was a bit slow while "syncing" through iTunes.

The company loses maximum points for not providing the original accessories - the phone adapter and the lightning cable - with the mobile.
