SCR conducts fortress check at Hi-tech city

As part of continuous ticket checking drives, Secunderabad division of South Central Railway (SCR) conducted a Fortress Check at Hi-tech City railway station on Tuesday.
As part of continuous ticket checking drives, Secunderabad division of South Central Railway (SCR) conducted a Fortress Check at Hi-tech City railway station on Tuesday.
The fortress check involved around 25 ticket checking staff along with Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel of Secunderabad Division to check ticketless and irregular travel by various trains. All the MMTS trains were thoroughly checked at this station.
A total of 128 cases, comprising of 119 persons travelling without ticket, and nine cases of un-booked luggage were detected. An amount of Rs. 32, 430/- was realised towards penalty and fare during the checks.
