Nizamabad: A buffalo on Thursday accidentally fell into a trench dug by BSNL contractors for telecom cable works at Mopal village in Nizamabad Mandal in the district.
The buffalo fell into it when it tried to cross it. It got stuck in the trench which is nearly 4 feet deep. The villagers tried to lift it but failed as the trench was too narrow.
The villagers expressed anger on the cable contractors for their negligent attitude which was creating problems to them and livestock.
