The writ petition was filed by The Indira Park Walkers Association questioning the said action. The petitioner association, represented by its president A Sudhakar Rao Yadav, sought the Court to declare the impugned GO Ms No.28 dated January 12 issued by the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department of Telangana State as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Section 15(3) of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008.
