AP boys clinch honours

​Hyderabad: In what was one of her momentous outings, Tamil Nadu girl Chamarthi Samhitha Sai picked up a memorable double while as a collective unit, Andhra Pradesh achieved a similar double in the men draw of the NMDC Secunderabad Club Open All India prize-money ranking tennis tournament here on Saturday.
Second-seeded Samhitha won the women singles title and later partnering Andhra Pradesh player Teertha Iska clinched the doubles title. Meanwhile, it two stunning reversals in the men category, fourth-seeded S Kaza Vinayak from Andhra Pradesh toppled Tamil Nadu top seed J Mohit Mayur to win the singles crown, while his State-mate Abdullah Shaik and Mohit Mayur annexed the doubles title.
