In a bid to keep pace with the fuel demand in southern states, the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is mulling to take up pipeline work between Paradip refinery in Odisha and Hyderabad in Telangana.  

Hyderabad: In a bid to keep pace with the fuel demand in southern states, the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is mulling to take up pipeline work between Paradip refinery in Odisha and Hyderabad in Telangana.

The project expected to be completed in about three years would cost Rs 4,300 crore which will ferry petrol and diesel. The pipeline would serve the fuel starved southern states including, Telangana, AP, Karnataka, Tamil Naidu and Kerala. After a long delay, the Rs 34,555 cr Paradip refinery will be dedicated to the nation by PM on February 7.
