‘Lakshya-2016’ a Commerce fest for the students of SDM Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala was held in the city on Friday. IND WELL Constructions Limited Managing Director K Keshav, Chartered Accountant V Rajitha along with Siddhartha Academy joint secretary N Lalita Prasad inaugurated the event.

‘Lakshya-2016’ a Commerce fest for the students of SDM Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala was held in the city on Friday. IND WELL Constructions Limited Managing Director K Keshav, Chartered Accountant V Rajitha along with Siddhartha Academy joint secretary N Lalita Prasad inaugurated the event.
Speaking on the occasion, K Keshav asked the students to acquire skills that make them compatible to nail opportunities across various sectors. He asked the students to open up with their parents and friends to share their thoughts.
Speaking and sharing ideas often will help understand a situation better, increases analysing capacity and enhances ability to communicate efficiently, he said.
CA V Rajitha said that students should plan for their career when they still are pursuing their education. “With efforts and hard work, one can always reach their goals, no matter how many times they fail at it.
Dream to achieve them,” she added. Group discussion, Debate, Style Icon, Product launch, Cartoon Drawing, Poster Presentation, Commerce Quiz and several other cultural competitions were held on the occasion.
College Principal T Vijaya Lakshmi, head of the department of Commerce T Ramadevi, faculty and student were present during the programme.
