“Sania achieved an unprecedented victory at the world level by winning Grand Slam for third consecutive time and won 36 matches consecutively which is a great thing.” Chandrashekar Rao further wished the Tennis Ace and asked to bring laurels to the State as well as the country.
In another press note, the Chief Minister also appreciated Hyderabad star cricketer Mithali Raj for conquering Australia T-20 series. “It is great that the Indian team, led by Mithali Raj, won against Australia,” the Chief Minister noted. He said such victories in sports by women at international level would inspire all girls.
