Hyderabad: S Meghna cracked a fluent century to help Andhra defeat Karnataka by 117 runs in the Women Under-23 zonal league one-day round-3 at ECIL grounds here on Friday. Opting to bat, Andhra scored 244 runs for the loss of five wickets. V Sneha Deepthi remained unconquered on 75.
