Telangana govt sanctions 11cr for ST hostels, Bhavan
The State government has sanctioned Rs 11 corer for the construction of hostels for Scheduled tribes in the district. The government has given sanction to build five Scheduled Tribes welfare hostels for workingmen, workingwomen, and post metric students of both girls and boys.

Along with this, the government has also decided to build a “Girijana Bhavan” at a cost of Rs 3 crore on an extent of 3,000 square yards in the district headquarter. “I thank the Chief Minister, and all the Ministers concerned for allocating huge funds for the ST welfare in the district.
The district officials are directed to immediately take steps to acquire required lands for speeding up construction of hostels and Bhavan,” said Mahbubnagar MLA V Srinivas Goud.
