No water supply in some areas today
Due to the junction work to the existing 1800mm dia MS pipe line at Ghanpur Reservoir under Godavari Drinking Water Supply Project Phase-I a shutdown is being taken for 12 hours from 8 AM on Sunday by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board.

Hence, there will be no water supply to the following areas: Erragadda, Yellareddyguda, Vengal Rao Nagar, Yousufguda, Somajiguda, Venkatagiri, Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills, Borabanda, SPR hills areas, Sanathnagar, Prakash Nagar areas, Kukatpally, KPHB, Balanagar, Bhagya Nagar, Balaji Nagar, Yellamma banda, Moosapet, Hasmathpet, Hydernagar, and Nizampet areas,
Allwyn Colony, Jagadhgirigutta, Adarsh Nagar, Shapurnagar, Rodamistry Nagar, HMT Colony, Sooraram, Chinthal, Jeddimetla, Subash Nagar areas, Hafeezpet, Chandanagar, Miyapur, RC puram, Ashok Nagar, Bollaram, Serilingampally, and Madhapur areas.
