When students turned vegetable vendors

In order to make students acquaint with real life issues, `Amaravani Balala Angadi’ was organised at Amaravani High School in Vuyyuru on Saturday. As part of the novel programme, students of fourth and fifth classes set up stalls on the school premises and sold vegetables to the visiting parents. In the process, they got practical knowledge of running a small business and learnt more about profit and loss.

Speaking on the occasion, school principal PV Naga Raju said conducting these kinds of programmes would provide practical exposure to students which helps them develop confidence to face challenges in real life boldly. Teaching and non-teaching staff of the school and parents participated in the programme.
