Students of the Culinary Academy of India have done it again. This time they have bagged the championship trophy at the national level competition ‘Atithiya 2016’ held at AISSMS College in Pune beating 23 Hotel Management colleges recently.

Students of the Culinary Academy of India have done it again. This time they have bagged the championship trophy at the national level competition ‘Atithiya 2016’ held at AISSMS College in Pune beating 23 Hotel Management colleges recently.

The students along with faculty, chef Srikanth, senior chef instructor were the winning team, who participated in 12 different categories of competition of the four core departments of a hotel—F&B F&B Production, F&B Service, Housekeeping and Front office.

The team emerged victorious winning Gold Medal in Everest Budding chef, two Silver Medals in Mystic masala, Match thy wits and a Bronze Medal in Floral art.
