Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Wednesday, Prabhakar said it was nothing but insulting the people of the constituency. He accused Harish Rao of being responsible for water scarcity in Narayankhed as the latter had diverted the water from Singur reservoir to Medak town.
The former MP also took the TRS to task for failing to uphold the tradition of ensuring byelection unanimous when the sitting member died mid-term.
