Dattatreya rushes with wish list
In the wake of the MoU signed by the Telangana State government with the Ministry of Railways to launch a joint venture for railway projects in the State, the Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment, B Dattatreya, rushed to the Railway Ministry here on Thursday with the BJP\'s wish list too.

New Delhi: In the wake of the MoU signed by the Telangana State government with the Ministry of Railways to launch a joint venture for railway projects in the State, the Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment, B Dattatreya, rushed to the Railway Ministry here on Thursday with the BJP's wish list too.
Dattatreya's plea included new MMTS (phase-II) from Bolaram to Manoharabad, Ghatkesar to Bhongir to Yadadri, Lingampally to Shankarpally, Tellapur to Patancheru, Sananthnagar to Balanagar to Maulali, Akkanapet-Medak, Manuguru to Ramagundam along with Rs 200 crore allocation in this year's Railway Budget.
Bullet Train from Hyderabad to Delhi and a new division in Kazipet and new terminals at Maulali and Serilingampalli and an allocation of Rs 2,500 crore for the same. Electrification of railway lines and new trains were also on his list.
