The objective of the initiative is to provide the company’s existing as well as potential customers the highest quality of holiday consultancy and at the same time, offer value for money services and advisory like on the spot discount and free cancellation benefits.
Speaking about the initiative, Ranjeet Oak, Chief Business Officer-Holidays, MakeMyTrip said, “Travel is no longer considered as a wasteful or discretionary expenditure.
