DJ Afrojack is coming back to perform in Hyderabad this time with a pack of international DJs for a music mania, thy name is ‘Sensation White’
The Gachibowli Stadium will be transformed into an endless white-oasis, where 30,000 spectators will converge for an epic night filled with spectacular show elements, entertainment acts and a star-studded line up of the best international DJs on March 5.
Hyderabad will become the first city in India to host the international phenomena ‘Sensation White’ where DJs Afrojack, Axwell, Laidback Luke and Lost Frequencies will be performing amongst others.
This will be Afrojack’s second gig in Hyderabad; on his first gig he rocked Hyderabad and put Hyderabad on the map of Dance Music. Sensation White’s resident DJ, Mr White will create the perfect vibe during the six-hour show, followed by epic sets by world renowned artistes.
Sensation has toured more than 33 countries, with sell-out shows in cities like Dubai, Amsterdam, New York and Bangkok and has welcomed over 2 million visitors. Now, Hyderabad is set to witness a first of its kind show, which will take over seven days to build apart from the six months of exhaustive planning.
An excited Rana Dagubatti states, “Sensation White is the world’s coolest dance event and I’m very excited it’s coming to Hyderabad with a phenomenal lineup. Get ready to party hard and unite all in white. I’ll see you there.”
Similarly, Rakul Preet Singh, quips, “I have followed Sensation and have always wanted to go for their Amsterdam event. So, yes… Super excited for Sensation in Hyderabad.”
Just to give you an idea on the might of the event—Sensation White will be travelling with 13 containers from Amsterdam to India by road and ocean. The stage will be 242 feet in length and 75 feet high and custom-designed as a gigantic carousel that will rotate thrice per minute amidst flying horses, a lot of bursting waterfalls coming out of the ground.
The show will employ more than 11,42,400 watts of audio power, 800 lighting fixtures, 30 engineers and a local crew of more than 500 people. The arches will be driven by a hydraulic system and will be controlled with a computer.
