The Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation Limited (APSMFC) has announced that applications for training in skill based and vocational courses for the year 2015-16 are open. Interested candidates who wish to pursue courses can acquire applications at the Office near NTR Circle, said the Executive director of the Corporation.

In a release to the media on Wednesday, he said that the government has come up with a programme to offer courses in Hardware, Tailoring, Beauty services, Solar Technician, Hospitality, Auto cad, and BPO Office for candidates to make money for their livelihood.

Candidates who passed class 10 and have annual income less than or equal to Rs 1.5 lakh per anum are eligible to join the courses. The candidates who apply for courses under the programme will be equipped with qualities that enable them to earn income on their own capabilities, he said.

Aspirants should submit copies of Aadhaar card, ration card, original transfer certificate (TC) during submitting the application. They are eligible for receiving certificates if they account to 75 percent of attendance for the classes.

The government also provides them a stipend of Rs 250 stipend during the course, added the executive director. Applications can be filled in and submitted at the office near NTR Circle. For further details, one can call 98499001148.
