Hyderabad: Centre for Good Governance and National Institute of Rural Development organised a two-day international symposium on ‘Climate Change Impacts on Agriculture Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies,’ on February 23 and 24 at Centre for Good Governance, Gachibowli campus.
The International symposium was attended by officials of Agriculture and allied departments from 20 countries of Africa, Asia and South America. In the inaugural session, Heads of all national agricultural research institutes like CRIDA, IIRR. IIMR, MANAGE and so on participated in the symposium. C Parthasarathi, IAS, APC & Secretary (Agriculture) inaugurated the Symposium.
