Hyderabad: Former Hyderabad cricketer Kanwaljeet Singh launched the MoneyGram Golden Arm Bowling Challenge here on Tuesday. The off-spinner praised the concept and said “It will help tap latent talent across the country.”
MoneyGram, an official sponsor of the 2016 ICC World T20, is giving cricket fans a chance to see the tournament live in India. The bowler with the fastest delivery will win match tickets to the finals besides handsome cash rewards.
The challenge is open to fans in over 50 cities. It has been held successfully in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Bihar, Kerala and Gujarat. He next moves to Karimnagar.
