Hyderabad: The Commission of Inquiry on Socio-Economic Conditions of Muslims directed Hyderabad district officials to improve the pass percentage of Urdu medium students and effectively implement various welfare schemes by involving self-help groups. The Commission held a review meeting with Hyderabad district Collector Rahul Bojja and other officials on Thursday.

During a marathon meeting, the Committee chairman G Sudhir discussed the implementation of various welfare schemes in several departments, including primary and secondary education, maternity and child health services and activities of self-help groups.
