TS Budget session from tomorrow

During the meeting, the Speaker directed the police officers to provide barcoding to Speaker gallery passes and make parking arrangements in the Public Garden for the vehicles belonging to MLAs.
Stating that there will be Governor’s address in the House on March 10 followed by presentation of the Budget, the Speaker instructed the police officials to make all arrangements to ensure that the legislators face no hardship during the session.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy promulgated prohibitory order to maintain public order, peace and tranquility in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The order would be in force from 6 am on March 10 to 6 am on March 16.
The Police Commissioner prohibited public meetings and processions within the city without permission of the police officials concerned. He also prohibited carrying of arms like swords, spears, knives, and sticks with or without flags, bludgeons, guns, explosives, and other lethal weapons in the city.
Assembly of persons on the public roads or public places disturbing peace and order or causing inconvenience, annoyance or danger to public and collection and carrying of stones or other means of casting missiles were prohibited. The City police chief also banned use of mikes/public address system around the Secretariat premises.
