In an attempt to provide home buyers of the city a comprehensive service platform for property purchase, Radio Mirchi is hosting a nine-day exhibiton, ‘Mirchi Property Expo’, which was inaugurated at Inorbit Mall on Sunday.
The expo offers a display of select properties from renowned developers across the city. In addition, ‘Home Search’ is made available with more convenience at the shopping mall leading developers of the city to showcase their properties a win-win for all!
A bouquet of properties are on display with options like apartments, flats and villas ranging from Rs 60 lakh onwards. In addition, customers can avail exclusive offers and value-added benefits during the exhibition.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Arindam Mondal, Station Director, Radio Mirchi, Hyderabad along with Tollywood actresses Latha Hegde and Poojitha of ‘Thuntari’ fame. Speaking at the occasion Arindam said, “Buying a house is the biggest investment decision of one’s life and usually requires immense planning.
With the stability in property prices, softening of interest rates along with various initiatives taken by the government and the ever thriving IT/ITeS industry has given further impetus to the real estate in Hyderabad.” The exhibition is open for visitors between 11 am to 8 pm.
