Upholding Hindu values and doctrines

Several Hindu organisations from the city staged a protest at Dharna Chowk on Sunday. The agitating groups were protesting against the happenings in Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi; to ban the controversial Telugu book ‘Draupadi’ and they groups demanded action against the killings of two Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders in Kerala and Uttar Pradesh.

Organisations like Hindu Janjagruthi Samithi; Shiv Sena; Bhagavadgita Jagruthi Samithi; Netaji Spoorthi Kendram and Vishwa Hindu Parishad participated in the protest. Krushnarpanamastu Chandra Moger, Hindu Janjagruthi Samithi, urged the government to address the anti-Hinduism acts and deed in the country and to uphold the values, the culture of Hinduism and its doctrines.
