Food lovers can now save the date – March 21, and choose their restaurant to savour, over dinner, the taste of France in India!

For the second consecutive year, Goût de France / Good France will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on March 21, 2016. Over 1500 chefs on all five continents are expected to join the event on the day of spring. Dinners served simultaneously in participating restaurants will honour the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values: sharing, enjoying, and respecting the principles of high-quality, environmentally responsible cuisine.

In India, over 50 restaurants have been selected across the country by the committee of international chefs headed by Chef Alain Ducasse, placing India among the top participating countries for the uniquely French celebration. In Hyderabad, Olive Bistro and Tuscany at Trident will be hosting the French fare.
