Helping Hand Foundation prezis Distinguished Citizen
City-based social worker and Founder Trustee and President of Helping Hand Foundation, Mujtaba Hasan Askari, was conferred the prestigious ‘Distinguished Citizen Award’ by Rotary Club of Hyderabad for the Rotary Year 2015-16, at a ceremony in the city on Thursday.
City-based social worker and Founder Trustee and President of Helping Hand Foundation, Mujtaba Hasan Askari, was conferred the prestigious ‘Distinguished Citizen Award’ by Rotary Club of Hyderabad for the Rotary Year 2015-16, at a ceremony in the city on Thursday.
Askari was presented the Award in recognition of his yeoman service to poor, underprivileged and hapless patients. Presented by Rotarian Rizwan Hyder, former President of Rotary, the Award is an acknowledgement of the meritorious contributions of Askari in building the confidence of the public in leveraging health services in government hospitals,
sponsoring programmes like Total Hip and Knee replacements, Tracheal Reconstruction, Organ Transplants, Cardio thoracic surgeries, Reconstructive Plastic Surgeries and promoting Palliative Care and Pain Management in all the State government run hospitals of TS.
