An overwhelming spirit of festivities reverberated at Quli Qutub Shah Stadium after its formal inauguration by Yakutpura Legislator Mumtaz Ahmed Khan.
He appreciated the management of the school for conducting such a commemorative event. Mirza Mohammed Ali Baig, Chairman of Progress Group of Institutions and Rev Brother Lawrence De Souza, Principal, St Marks Boys Town High School, and K Babu Rao Additional DCP South Zone Hyderabad, said that by having English as the medium on instruction and churning out students of exceptional talent for the past thirty years augured well for the institute’s reputation.
Founder-Secretary of Sports Coaching Foundation K Saibaba said they were always delighted to host the Boston Cup cricket tournament, which has become a popular inter-school tournament. The school students presented an array of cultural programmes, including fancy numbers on several themes. Mohd Imran Ahmed welcomed the gathering; Correspondent of the school Mohd Shaker Ahmed presented the report of the past 30 years while Mohd Firdous presented a vote of thanks.
