The La Trobe University’s (LTU), Australia is all set to strengthen its association with India. In this regard, the pro vice-chancellor, Kelly Smith was in the city on Friday accompanied by Amit Malhotra, Associate Director, South Asia of La Trobe International to Hyderabad.

The La Trobe University’s (LTU), Australia is all set to strengthen its association with India. In this regard, the pro vice-chancellor, Kelly Smith was in the city on Friday accompanied by Amit Malhotra, Associate Director, South Asia of La Trobe International to Hyderabad.

Overall 35,000 students are studying in the university of which 1,500 students are from India (300 from Hyderabad). Speaking at the occasion, Kelly Smith said, “We are ambitious and global thinkers. LTU’s steady attempt to keep creating better opportunities for students of both the countries have brought us back to India.

We offer scholarships to help students with their tuition like college postgraduate excellence scholarship, regional campus scholarship, academic excellence scholarship and La Trobe international student scholarship.” The University has also commenced new post graduate degrees for its international students that include the courses Master of communication (journalism innovation), Master of communication (public relations) and Master of business Analytics.
