A combination of traditional spices from Amritsar and authentic Punjabi cooking is being served. There will be specialties from welcome drinks, starters followed by main course and desserts.
The hotel entrance is being decorated with thatched roof and hay. The buffet counters inside the restaurant will also give the look and ambience of a typical DHABA in Punjab with lassi, chat counter while even the stewards will be in the traditional attires."
