Li'l Carnival is all set to turn things for children and show them the active way of entertainment and enjoyment. It all started with an idea by Vishaka Singhania and Prashansa Shahani from Surprise Story to create an innovative way of empowering underprivileged children by hosting a fundraiser in the form of a carnival to enhance their artistic excellence.

Speaking on the curtain raiser of the event, the duo added "Li'l Carnival" is an incredible way of approaching kids of today’s generation to get them out of their houses and get them introduced to outdoor activities.

It also educates kids on multiple levels and making it adventurous for them, not only do they become better learners, and do well in school, but they are more fun to be around.

Consequently, children who play outdoor games will be much happier because they are physically and mentally much stronger. Actress Sony Charishta unveiled the logo of the carnival on the occasion.

The Li'l Carnival will have creative games, learning plays, fashion shows for kids, joy rides, workshops for kids, counseling sessions, parent-kid bonding events, minions and cartoon plays.

Speaking at the curtain raiser, psychologist Dr Pragya Rashmi said, "Outdoor activities are important, essential fun and very helpful for children’s development.

Indoor activities, though they may be fun, can be detrimental because they do not promote adequate physical and mental growth.

Apart from that, the recent trend of smartphone addiction has seen an increase in number of cases like child obesity, mental illness in children, problems with the eye sight, etc.”Li'l Carnival will be held on Thursday at Our Palace.
