For healthy hair: Spinach and berry smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3-5 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Berries are a great source of Vitamin C, which helps the body absorb iron. Spinach provides folate and Iron that helps red blood cells transport oxygen around the body.

For digestion: Green Smoothie
This jade-green smoothie has anti-inflammatory, stomach-soothing foods such as ginger. It also includes pro-biotic rich yogurt.

Ingredients
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably organic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of ground cloves

Well blended, this alkalising smoothie improves your digestion and boosts nutrient absorption. Ginger settles the stomach, while the flax seeds provide omega-3s and fiber.

Increase metabolism:
Yummy Tropical Smoothie
This one has so many yummy tropical fruits that you may just want to enjoy one every day. While it does help to boost your metabolism, it also has Vitamins A and C and zinc so it helps to boost your immune system as well.

Ingredients
½ cup cantaloupe - cubed
½ cup mango - cubed
¼ cup pumpkin seeds -finely chopped
½ cup pineapple - cubed

Enough water to thin - again, this is dependent on how thin or thick you want your drink. Just blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy.
