Basketball court comes up at Satya Sai Vidya Vihar High School
What was looking like a barren god-forsaken land till the other day is now the pride of the locality’s sport-conscious locals, thanks to the efforts put in by the Masab Tank-based Sports Coaching Foundation (SCF).

The stretch just yonder of the main premises within the campus of Satya Sai Vidya Vihar High School in Bagh Amberpet has undergone such a miraculous transformation that both the school management and hundreds of students are appreciating the methodical manner the Foundation Secretary K Saibaba and Sunil Naidu spearheaded the task of creating an ultra-modern basketball court. Timed to perfection, the budding hoopsters are having a jolly good time in the summer holidays.
The costs for the facility came courtesy of the 35-year-old institution’s alumni, who pooled in resources as a thanksgiving gesture to their place of learning.
The basketball court having been accomplished, Saibaba is overseeing the cricketing ground that is being developed as part of a full-fledged sports centre that is propoed by the school.
Unknown to them, these generous gentlemen have set a fine example for others to take cue and help current and future generations of students from their respective schools to develop an interest in sports for their own overall good.
Old students coming to the forefront of such selfless acts will be rendering yeomen service.
