Legendary Ghatam artiste, Vikku Vinayakram, Padma Bhushan, winner of Sangeet Natak Akademi Fellowship enthralled the audience with his skills in an event titled ‘Saptakshara’ organised by Hyderabad Arts Festival at Cybercity Convention Center on Sunday. The highlight of the event was that the three generations of his family members were performed together.

His eldest son V. Selva Ganesh was at drums, V. Umashankar, his younger son was at Ghatam, Swaminathan his grandson was with Manjeera and N. Ramakrishnan, his son in law was at Mridangam and A Ganesan played the morsing. Chatur Ghatam was the highlight of the evening which received thunderous applause from the audience.
