Speaking at the launch, MD Dr Gopi Chand Manamm informed about the rare and difficult surgery of dual kidney transplantation that was performed by their team. “Kidney diseases have increased in the recent past with upto ten lakh patients suffering from End Stage disease requiring dialysis,” he stated.
Head of Nephrology Dr Rajashaker Chakravarthi, Dr Allu Aravind, Dr Swarnalatha, Consultant Nephrologists Dr Jyothsna Guttikonda among others were part of the launch of Dialysis club on Sunday.
